7 Truths About Biological Age Testing Nobody Explains Before You Spit in a Tube

1. Different Tests Can Give You Wildly Different Numbers — And That's Not a Malfunction
This happens constantly: a DNA methylation test says you're biologically 44. A blood biomarker algorithm says 33. A telomere test comes back "average." Not every "biological age test" on the market is using equally validated methodology.
